What does being a circle leader imply?To be a circle leader at IKF Malmö means being a support while also contributing to a community. As a circle leader you are offered two training programs: a basic training offered by Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan and a more thorough training provided by IKF Malmö. You are given tools and methods which will aid you in your pedagogical work.
The circles are run in collaboration with Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan. Leading a circle group is volontary, and circles are held during day time. To be a circle leader at IKF Malmö can function as an internship that might be valueable for your CV.
What does it take for me to be a circle leader?There are no formal requirements in terms of education, besides the training program offered by us. However, we require that the circle leaders share our values and to prepare for the circles each week.
